What should I do if my BMI is too high?
There can be various reasons why your BMI is too high. The two main reasons include your dietary habits and lifestyle.
If you are overweight or obese you need to be more proactive and you have to do the necessary modifications for your diet and lifestyle that will bring your weight back into the normal weight range.
